The event I would change that happened in my life previously would be not sliding into home to score another point. This is because I have a huge scar on my ankle left from the catcher who slid her cleat against my ankle. The good thing was I got the point :) . Anyways my grandma always says "It looks like you got into a fight and someone bit a chunk out of your ankle." My dad says it looks like I have a gun shot wound. This effects me because when ever I meet someone new and they notice it they poke at it and ask " Does it hurt?" or "What happened?". Since my grandma yells about me having the scar, I always cover it up when I am around her. She complains because she is a girly girl and she has not accepted the fact that I am not afraid to get dirty. Honestly I do not care about my scars, unless they are on my face. I am so use to my scars I never notice them anymore. If I did not have this scar my grandma would not have to waste her breath telling me about it because she knows I am not paying attention to her. I mean it is on my leg, I wash it everyday I do not know how I could miss it. If I did not have this scar my ankle it might of looked like my other one. I would not hear people in my family telling me I have torn up legs. If I did not have this scar it would effect my family because they would never have to see it again. Sorry every thing I have posted so far is about softball xD .

~Softball Is Life~
The thing I value the most is the sport softball. Ever since I was seven I have been in love with it. I play shortstop and third base. Softball is my number one stress reliever besides music. Oh, I forgot to mention I pitch to. When ever I have a bad day or just really frustrated I pick up my ball and glove and let it all out. I have also learned a lot of life lessons from softball that will make me a better person down the road. For example " Our greatest glory is not in never falling but rising every time we fall." To me this means that the glory is not in never making mistakes but in dusting off your knees and trying to succeed again, after you have fallen. I value softball because it keeps me out of trouble even if it was fun sometimes.Softball in my opinion is a sure fire way to earn scholarships with my talent in it. We all have our good and bad days but all that matters is that we improve. In case you have not noticed I can be very shy. Softball makes me open up because you need to have communication on a team. The best part is you get another family. Even if you fight with some of them you get to learn to love them in the end.

My Interesting Summer.
The most interesting thing during my summer was probably the softball clinics, even though I got bruised up. For the clinic I learned how to increase my pitching speed and accuracy. I also learned that if I slide a little more on the side of my thigh I won't get as many scratches on my ankle. Ever since it learned how to line my fingers up the correct way my batting distance increased tremendously. I learned how to be sneaky when I steal as well. For instance if the pitcher drops the ball and she is walking to get it that is my chance. In my opinion my favorite or the best part of softball is feeling the rush when your against the pitcher at the batters plate. It is like am I going to hit or strike out this time?" I love it when I get maybe 2 strikes because you start to think "this is it". Then "boom!" On the 3rd pitch you knock it out into the deep outfield. Sometimes I am known as the "2 strike hitter". I have the same feelings for stealing. I got an award for the most steals during the season. Whenever I achieve the higher goal I have in my mindset I feel life can not get any better. This might not be interesting or important to others but it is the most important and interesting thing for me.

They Call Me Jaz'min .
J az'min is spelled differently then most. There is a "Z" no "E", no "S" involved. Ever since the movie "Aladdin" everyone acts like there is no other spelling at all.
A t first nana named me. Then my mom and dad agreed. They did not wan my name to be original, plus it is better then Aphrodite.
Z any pretty zealot and zooids lover is how the urban dictionary describes me. Zoology is a field I would like to pursue. To be precise marine biology would be nice.Boom! Did not think I could come up with that many "Z" words did you?
'
M y younger cousins make me go insane. They call me "Jammin". I mean Jaz'min's not a hard name. So I started going by Jazz, Jazzy too. The apostrophe emphasizes the "Z" you feel me dude!
I heard Jasmine was a flower the Japanese proclaimed. The root of my name comes from the original "Yasmin", from Persia. I guess it is okay. In some cases Jaz'min means it is difficult for me to find the right words, according to the site. The thing is it is actually right.
N aturally Nunnally is my last name wah-la.
